DESCRIPTION:After a break for winter\, we are offering our second community long table on March 8th 2025\, 3pm-5pm. From here on this will be a monthly event on the second Sunday of each month\, for the Bridge Farm community! \nThis coincides with our monthly volunteer day (11am-3pm). Volunteers are invited to stay around afterwards and feast together\, celebrating their hard work on the land! \nThe meal will be vegan\, gluten-free and pay-what-you-can. You can come and eat without any expectation to pay. We will have sliding scale suggested donations on the day for those who can and wish to pay for the meal\, from covering the costs of the ingredients\, paying the chefs and a supporter option to help raise money for Bridge Farm. \nWe’ve created this form to gather an idea of how many people are likely to come to the long table and enable us to cater to people’s allergies and dietary needs. Please do fill this form if you are wanting to come along! No experience needed. \nA non extensive list of word forms you might want to share: Instagram stories\, blog posts\, lyrics\, an acapella folk song (no instruments please)\, journal entries\, eBay watch lists\, horoscopes\, shopping lists\, emails\, cold call scripts\, voice notes (with permission from the subject obvs)\, book excerpts\, poems\, notes app rambles\, a dream you recorded\, unsent letters\, sent letters\, news headlines\, birthday card messages\, a well crafted text\, comedy sketches\, spoken word\, instructions\, reddit feeds\, your pets vet record…. \nIf you’d like to share\, add your name to the hat at the start of the night; everyone who does will have a chance to read. Readers are chosen at random. Everyone is welcome\, with a special invitation to LGBTQ+ communities\, Black and Brown communities\, and other underrepresented groups. \n– Please arrive between 7:00 – 7:15 pm so we can start gently at 7:30 pm.\n– Readings happen inside the top barn (a map will be shared in an email on the day).\n– The venue is accessible via a community-made ramp; however\, there is no wheelchair accessible toilet (yet… Bridge Farm is trying to gather funding to build one).\n– Though the event is 18+\, if you have a baby under 2 years old and can’t find a babysitter\, please bring them along.\n-Tea and biscuits on tap (sometimes people bring yummy cakes to share) \nThere is an option to donate at the checkout to a local trans healthcare charity called Dandelion DIY. DESCRIPTION:A heroine’s journey: a 5-week series of workshops for womxn\, exploring feminine archetypes through folklore\, movement and mark-making. Facilitated by Orla and Krissy\, trauma-informed therapeutic practitioners and creatives.\n\nDrop in for standalone workshops or attend the whole series.\nEach session will include:\n\nA short opening circle\nA meditative folk tale\nA guided movement exploration\nSome reflective mark making\nA short closing circle\n\n25th February 2026\nWeek 2: West – The lover\nWest is the direction from which we feel the warm glow of the sunset\, symbolising an invitation for slowing down\, turning inward and softening into reflection and introspection. A gentle exploration of key insights The Lover Archetype offers: tenderness\, creativity and life force energy.\n\nOpen to all womxn over the age of 18. Come as you are in comfortable clothing\, bring water and anything else you may need.\n\nWe strive to facilitate an inclusive space\, with this in mind if you have any access needs you want us to know about please email orla.innov8@outlook.com.\n\nThis project is a Meandering Arts collaboration: a creative collective facilitating connection with self\, community and nature through storytelling and creative arts.
