Bridge Farm are hiring a new Events Coordinator for our upcoming Beltane celebration in May.
Closing Date is Midday on Monday 16th February!!
Our seasonal events have become an integral source of fundraising and a great way of growing our community, bringing hundreds of people to the farm each year to celebrate the turning of the seasons.
- Location: Home-based/Bridge Farm, Glenfrome Road, BS16 1BQ
- Duration: Fixed term until May 2026 (with potential to extend)
- Hours: 70 hours @ £15/hour, beginning February 2026 and ending May 2026
- Reporting to: Ashley Vale Action Group (Board of Directors)
- Working closely with: Space Hire, Events and Communications Manager
- Closing date for applications: Midday, Monday 16th February 2026
- Interview date: Thursday 19th February 2026
- Start date: ASAP!
The role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly organised individual to help coordinate our upcoming Beltane celebration. The coordinator will play a central role in planning, budgeting and delivering an event for approximately 500 attendees. In this role, you will work alongside the Space Hire, Events and Communications Manager.
