Sick of landlords? Interested in living in community? Want to take charge of your own housing? Come get involved in a housing coop at Bridge Farm.

We have a six-bedroom farmhouse at Bridge Farm in the Eastville area of Bristol, and want to establish community-led, long term, multigenerational and inclusive affordable housing there.

The building was in a terrible state of repair when we bought it in 2024, and we are in the process of getting it structurally sound and weatherproof. Now we need new people involved to establish a housing coop, social enterprise, or community interest company in the building and oversee the next stage of its conversion into a place where people can live.
