A heroine’s journey: a 5-week series of workshops for womxn, exploring feminine archetypes through folklore, movement and mark-making. Facilitated by Orla and Krissy, trauma-informed therapeutic practitioners and creatives.
Drop in for standalone workshops or attend the whole series.
Each session will include:
- A short opening circle
- A meditative folk tale
- A guided movement exploration
- Some reflective mark making
- A short closing circle

Open to all womxn over the age of 18. Come as you are in comfortable clothing, bring water and anything else you may need.
